There are a number of wonderful Irish music resources available on the internet! We list some of them here, and will be adding more.
The Tom Finucane Comhaltas branch in Rochester, NY, has a terrific music resource page - on this page, you will find a number of accessible tune books from their sessions, as well as other sites from which to hear and download music.
The Craobh Dugan-O'Looney Comhaltas branch in Utica, NY, has their own session tune book which is available for download!
The Burke-Curry-Seery Comhaltas branch, one of three fellow Connecticut branches, has a tunebook from Eddie Burke, one of the branch's namesakes! The tunebook is available to download as a PDF.
The Session is another wonderful resource of trad Irish music - you can see and download tunes, and listen to them via MP3.
Comhaltas itself has a library of session tunes, which can be purchased. They have other resources that you can browse and learn from.
There are several Irish music radio shows in the immediate area, which you can stream at home. Among them are:
WFUV's "A Thousand Welcomes" with Kathleen Biggins on Sunday mornings from 8 to 11 am.
WFUV's "Ceol na nGael" on Sunday afternoons from 12 to 4 pm.
WNHU's "Echoes of Erin" with Charles Vigue and Mike McGrath on Sunday afternoons from 12 to 2 pm.
Streaming 24 hours a day is Irish Pub Radio - choose your preferred way to listen any time, anywhere!

East Durham Irish Festival is one of the longest running Irish Festivals in the United States - check out their site for this year's line up of entertainment and everything else the festival offers!
Catskill Irish Arts Week at the Michael J. Quill Irish Cultural and Sports Centre in East Durham, NY, held in mid July each year, features world renowned Irish music and dance instructors.
Greater Danbury Irish Festival held on the City Center Danbury green each September - music, dance, food, vendors and a lot of craic on the green, to celebrate all things Irish in the Danbury, CT area! Our branch will be playing at the festival to kick things off, and will have a table in the Cultural Tent as well!
